Overall, the Senior Property Manager is responsible for all facets of the property(s) in his/her portfolio (approximately 1,265,900 sq. ft), and he/she has a responsibility to ensure the property is managed according to The RMR Group LLC’s established procedures. All staff who report to the Senior Property Manager must follow all established guidelines, procedures, and budgets as well. The Senior Property Manager should also have a general knowledge of all building operating systems.
