Reporting to the Vice President, this role will involve working closely with the Loan Asset Management team in the diligence, closing, asset management and servicing of commercial and multifamily bridge loans in a fast-paced team environment.

The Building Engineer must exhibit outstanding client service and professionalism in all interactions with tenants and RMR staff. Teamwork and collaboration are critical to this position’s success.

The Construction Manager is the prime point of contact and person responsible for management of assigned building improvement, tenant improvement, capital improvement, and repositioning projects and programs for the Real Estate Services division of the RMR Group LLC.
The Construction Manager will act as the Owner’s Representative in interactions with tenants and vendors and will work in close contact with Property Management, Engineering, and Construction Management teams. The Construction Manager will collaborate with local, area, and regional leadership to develop and manage projects from inception to completion. This individual must be skilled at working with tenants, architects, engineers, specialty consultants, general contractors, and their vendors, and exhibit outstanding client service and professionalism. Working in conjunction with the Senior Director of Construction in RMR Real Estate Services, the Construction Manager will be responsible for numerous assigned projects and programs in RMR’s Territory B. To be considered for this position, the applicant must have a proven track record in management of commercial construction projects and be able to supervise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The Leasing Assistant, Retail Asset Services provides administrative support for the national retail leasing process, gathering market data, interacting with brokers, asset managers, operations staff, facilitating various landlord consents to subleases and assignments, and assisting in the preparation of leasing proposals.

Manage a regional group of Staff and Senior Property Accountants responsible for the Accounting function of multiple commercial real estate properties consisting of office, retail, industrial, and ground leases. This position requires close coordination with Corporate Accounting, Lease Administration, and Systems Management, as well as Property Management personnel. The Manager, Property Accounting is responsible for oversight of all general ledger activity within their assigned region.
Perform accounting support functions for commercial properties consisting of office, retail and garage space. This position requires close coordination with the Property Manager, Department Managers, corporate accounting, AR/AP, lease administration and the Systems Manager. The Property Accountant reports to the Accounting Manager, while accepting direction from the Senior Property Accountant.
Assume primary responsibility for tax matters for one or more of the RMR managed companies. The Senior Manager, Tax should be comfortable working directly with and/or being responsive to senior management regarding tax matters across a diverse spectrum of structures, including Real Estate Investment Trusts, private equity funds, and corporate taxpayers including federal and multistate tax issues and provision for income taxes (ASC 740). The Senior Manager, Tax should take a “hands on” approach, establish close coordination with the corporate accounting team and bring a solid background in general tax principles. The Sr. Software Developer will be responsible for the design and full stack development of mission critical solutions. This person will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to implement high quality modern software solutions for the web and mobile devices.
