Overview

This role content position is designed for someone who wants broad, hands-on experience across B2B and B2C brands in the Real Estate industry. You’ll help create, publish, and maintain content across social media, websites, and other channels while supporting larger campaigns and brand initiatives for The RMR Group, ARIUM, and Tremont brands.

 

You won’t be siloed. One day you might be writing a blog post. Another day you might be scheduling social content, updating a webpage, or capturing photos at an event. This is a foundational role for someone who wants to grow into a well-rounded content marketer.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Writing

  • Write and edit blog posts, short articles, website updates, and basic marketing copy
  • Assist with maintaining and updating brand websites, including page refreshes and light CMS work
  • Adapt longer-form content into shorter formats for social, email, or web use
  • Support campaign content development across B2B and B2C brands

 

Social Media Support

  • Create and publish social content across RMR, ARIUM, and Tremont channels
  • Help maintain content calendars and day-to-day channel activity
  • Assist with short-form video, basic motion, or visual content creation
  • Monitor comments and messages and flag anything that needs escalation

 

Content Operations

  • Organize content, assets, and campaign folders
  • Help pull basic performance metrics and compile reports
  • Coordinate with designers, writers, and brand leads to source materials
  • Support influencer, creator, or partnership efforts when needed

 

On-the-Ground Content Capture

  • Attend events, property visits, or activations to capture photos and video
  • Support real-time or near-real-time content needs for campaigns and social
  • Help document brand moments that can be reused across channels

Qualifications

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in content, social media, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong writing fundamentals and attention to detail
  • Comfort learning new tools, platforms, and workflows
  • Interest in both creative work and executional follow-through
  • Ability to juggle multiple small projects and deadlines without freezing
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events or content capture
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, social scheduling tools, or basic analytics
  • Basic photo or video editing skills
  • Experience writing blogs, captions, or web copy
  • Curiosity about real estate, lifestyle brands, or B2B storytelling

The estimated base compensation range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000 per year. RMR considers several components including an individual's skills, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and market data.
